How to Participate

• Registered as a delegate at the MSC Virtual 2020 conference website.
• Logged into your account in the MSC Virtual 2020 conference website and visit the Premier & Deluxe Virtual Booth to search for this stamp icon.
• Click on the icon and it be added to your cart, once you have collected all icons, click on check-out to submit your entry and you are done!

Terms & Condition

• Due to difficulties to deliver the prizes out of Malaysia, this Lucky Draw is only available for Malaysian delegates. We would like to apologize to the International delegates for this short-coming. Nevertheless, we hope this do not deter you from visiting our Premier & Deluxe Sponsors Virtual Expo as they have interesting updates available for our industry.
• Delegate is required to be registered as a delegate of MSC Virtual 2020 at our conference website to be entitled for the lucky draw.
• To complete the Icon Search from ALL Premier & Deluxe Sponsors’ Virtual Booth and submit your entry. Failing to collect all Icons search or submit the entry will not be entitled for the Lucky Draw.
• Register under a Premier or Deluxe Sponsor’s group registration will increase the chance of winning (IF you complete the Icon search and submit your entry). If you do not complete the Icon Search and didn’t submit your entry, you will not be entitled for the lucky draw even if you have registered with a Premier & Deluxe Sponsor.
• Each participant is only entitled to win ONE prize.
• Value of the prizes may vary; MSC Virtual 2020 reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
• MSC Virtual 2020 reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of any of the participants and to disqualify any participants who do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
• Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. MYNIC makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes, including, without limitation, relating to quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. MYNIC assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect to defect or deficiency of the prizes and will not entertain any correspondence in this regard. All winners shall accept the prizes on an “as is” basis.
• Any prize not claimed within 30 days of notification will be forfeited. No alternatives will be offered. For the avoidance of doubt, if a winner fails to claim the prize within the stipulated duration, MSC Virtual 2020 shall have the right at its own discretion to re-draw or forfeit.

Lucky Draw Period & Notification of Winner

Complete the Icon Search and submit your entry between 14th August 2020 till 13th September 2020, 2359hrs. The winner will be announced during the closing ceremony on 14th September 2020, 1700hrs.

You will be contact by the secretariat after the announcement for the arrangement to deliver the prize to you.

Exclusion of Liability

• Malaysia Stroke Council, its employees, agents, partners and representatives hereby disclaim any and all liabilities that may arise in connection with the Lucky Draw and any materials produced in relation thereto.
• Malaysia Stroke Council, its employees, agents, partners and representatives shall not be held responsible for any entries or prizes that are lost or damaged in transit.

Miscellaneous

• The Lucky Draw constitutes the Participant’s unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Each Participant therefore agrees to be bound by and abide to these terms and conditions including any amendments, modifications and/or interpretation thereof.
•  Each of the Participants hereby agrees to release and hold harmless Malaysia Stroke Council, its employees, agents, partners and representatives against any and/or all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Lucky Draw (including resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prizes, or travel to or from any prize-related activity).
•  No representation, warranty or undertaking is given that any entry submitted by the Participants will be received or held in confidence.
•  Malaysia Stroke Council reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Lucky Draw or these terms and conditions without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion.
•  Malaysia Stroke Council reserves the right to publish and display the names, address, photographs, audio and visual recordings of the winners, in any mass media or marketing materials for advertising and publicity purposes without payment or compensation.
•  Malaysia Stroke Council’s failure to enforce any of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
•  The decision of Malaysia Stroke Council on all matters relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw (including selection of the winners) is final and binding on all parties concerned.
